【Abstract】 This paper presents results on different structural specialization of mouse hepatoey-tic membrane by means of freeze-etching replicatechnique. Three-dimensional Structureof microvilli、tight junction and gap junction was recorded and compared. From thesefindings it is suggested that both the tight junction and gap junction are in the processesof continuous proliferation and renewal even in an adult mouse. It was also found thatthere are plaques without closely packed polygonal array of particles in the center ofthe larger gap junction.更多还原
