【摘要】 <正> 集材—50拖拉机是我国东北林区林业专用集材机械,在使用过程中,经常出现一些主要部件的变形过大或出现裂纹,据不完全统计,在一个大修期(二年)后桥箱发生裂纹失效(即不能使用)达60％以上,车架缺口处出现裂纹失效也达15％以上。这不仅增加了维修费用,同时影响了木材生产,为了解车架和后桥箱在各种工况下的受力情况。在友好林业局友好机修厂场院,对集材—50拖拉机原车(未改造的车)的车架和后更多还原

【Abstract】 Ji-Cai-50 tractor is a specially-used machine of wood-skid in forestry for northeastern forestrya area of our country. In the process of use, often occurs fracture of some major parts. In order to know the situations of the frame and the rear axle housing loaded with force under different operating conditions, the dynamical stress is measured.The results of the measurement and the fracture condition are analysed. The suggestions for improvement are put forward.Under the same operating conditions, the dynamical stress is also measured after the improvement on the tractor. Both measure results are compared.更多还原
