异步冷轧极薄带材轧制负荷的研究
AN EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION ON ROLLING LOAD IN CROSS SHEAR COLD-ROLLING FOR ULTRA-THIN STRIPS
【摘要】 对三种不同厚度的15号钢薄带轧制到按常规轧制最小可轧厚度以下的范围,测定每道的压力、力矩,张力,延伸率、慢辊前滑及快辊转速,并使用了一种能鉴别工作辊辊身两端有无压靠发生的特殊实验方法。提供了在各种工艺条件下的快辊前滑、慢辊后滑、轧制压力、轧制力矩随压下率变化等实验曲线,指明了异步轧制极薄带材时轧制负荷变化的特有规律。还提供了计算轧制力和估计辊端有无压靠的方法。
【Abstract】 With a mismatched roll-speed ratio,the ultra-thin strips of steel and copper had been successfully cold-rolled on φ90/φ200×200mm 4-high mill by a research group led by Zhu Quan in 1979.Strips were reduced even to a thickness of 0.005mm or a ratio D/h0 of about 18,000.In order to practically put the new process into production,the variation of rolling load and deformation behavior in such cross shear cold-rolling have been investigated experimentally further on the same 4-high mill and the results are revealed in this paper.Under different conditions of mismatched ratio of roll-speed,back and front tension and lubrication,tested strips of annealed mild steel with thicknesses of 0.027,0.047 and 0.063 mm were rolled to the thickness below conventional minimum limit until the forced-contact between two work roll ends occured on both sides.Apart from such surveyed parameters as roll force,rolling torque,tensions,pass reductions,forward slips relative to the slower roll and the speed of faster roll,a new method was introduced to ascertain whether a forced-contact between two work roll ends has actually occured and how it occurs (on one side only or both sides simultaneously).Experimental curves as shown in this paper show the dependences of rolling force and torque and forward and backward slips on pass reduction under different technical conditions and so indicate the performance characteristics of rolling load variation in cross shear cold-rolling for ultra-thin strips.A method for caluclating rolling force,also applicable to estimate if the forced-contact between two work roll ends occurs,has been proposed in detail,by which we have satisfactory results in accordance with experiments.The investigation is useful to providing the data and calculating method for rolling load in rolling mill design and rational rolling schedule.
