黄芫花总黄酮抗实验性心律失常作用的初步研究
The Effect of Total Flavones of Wikstroemia Chamaedaphne Meissn on Experimental Cardiac Arrhythmias
【摘要】 本研究证明黄芫花总黄酮有抗心律失常作用。静脉注射黄芫花总黄酮可对抗小鼠吸人大量氯仿所致的心室纤颤,对大鼠静脉注射鸟头碱所产生的心律失常有治疗作用;给大鼠快速静脉注射氯化钡能引起典型的双相性室上性快速心律失常,若予先静脉注射黄芫花总黄酮,则有予防作用。但给豚鼠静脉注射哇巴因所致的各种室性心律失常(室性期外收缩、室性心动过速和心室纤颤)及死亡却无保护作用。 实验结果表明,治疗量的黄芫花总黄酮可使大鼠的心率减慢,P-R间期延长,这些作用可能与黄芫花总黄酮的抗心律失常作用有关。
【Abstract】 Data are presented to demonstrate the anti-arrhythmic effect of the total flavones of Wikstroemia Chamaedaphne Meissn(WCM). Intravenous injection of total flavones of WCM antagonized the chloroform induced ventricular fibrillation in mice, and showed a therapeutic effect on the cardiac arrhythmia induced by intravenous administration of aconitine. The flavones also exhibited a prophylactic effect on Barium chloride evoked cardiac arrhythmia in rats. However, it had no prophylactic effect on ouabaiu-indueed ventrieular arrhythmias in the guinea pig.A therapeutic dose of the total flavones decreased cardiac rate and prolonged P-R interval in rats. These effects may have some relevance with the anti-arrhythmic effects of the total flavones of WCM.
