【Abstract】 14 cases of segmental fracture of the femur were treated with open reduction and internal fixation from 1971 to 1981. Good results have been obtained with this kind of treatment because of the satisfactory reduction and early excercise of the knee joints. It also made it easy to treat other injuries on the same limb. Malunion was liable to occur if traction was used only.更多还原
