【摘要】 报告29例韦氏肉芽肿。起病部位主要在上呼吸道(96.5%),以鼻腔为多,故便于借活检作早期诊断。病程中受侵犯的器官依次有肾93%,眼44.8%及肺33.2%等。病理变化有:小动静脉和毛细血管炎;上皮样细胞肉芽肿,细胞散在,不形成典型的上皮样结节,无干酪样坏死;常有多核巨细胞,其分布与血管炎和肉芽肿无规律性的关系。1例兼有肉芽肿和恶性组织细胞浸润。更多还原

【Abstract】 29 cases of Wegener’s grauulomatosis are reported. The lesion originated mainly at the upper respiratory tract (96.5%), especially nasal cavity, thus early diagnosis could be facilitated by biopsy. In the course of the disease, the sequence organs involved were kidney 93%, eye 44.8% and lung 33.2% etc.Pathological examination revealed vascularitis of arterioles, venules and capillaries, epitheloid cell granuloma. The cells were scattered in distribution without typical epitheloid nodules and caseation. Multinuclear giant cells were usually found, their distribution were not regularly related to the vascularitis and the granuloma. Malignant histiocytic cell infiltration appeared in one case.更多还原
