【摘要】 <正> 制备良好的骨组织石腊切片和超薄切片是骨的生理和病理研究工作的技术关键之一。国内在石腊切片方面早已取得了稳定的良好的效果,而在超薄切片方面,由于电镜所观察的标本既要求达到组织良好的固定及脱钙,又要求保存细胞原有的超微结构,因而制作优质的骨组织的超薄切片在技术上难度较大。迄今为止,尚未见到国内有关这方面的报导。为此,我们参阅了国外资料,进行了人及免的骨和软骨标本制备的实验及其超微结构的观察,得到了较为满意的结果。现报告如下。更多还原

【Abstract】 The procedures for preparation of thin sections of bone tissue and the ultrastru-ctures of ostoecyte and chondrocyte were reported in this paper.For the preparation of bone tissue, the double fixation method (prefixation with mixture of 5% glutaraldehyde and 4% paraformaldehyde, and postfisation with 1% osmic acid) and 4-5% EDTA-2Na as decalifying agent had been used.
