【Abstract】 A group of simple relationships which express the ratios between the four rates ofSRH centres has been deduced using several characteristic energy parameters.These relation-ships can be illustrated by a group of diagrams divided into some regions.These diagramsare very convenient for solving some problems.This has been exemplified by the estimationof the effective ranges for emission region of deep centres in p-n junction.This work maybe regarded as a development and a complement for the previous graphic representations.更多还原
