躯体神经对猫延脑迷走中枢神经元活动的影响

【摘要】 在48只猫上记录了147个延脑迷走中枢神经元的放电活动。电刺激桡浅神经、正中神经和腓总神经均可诱发神经元放电频率改变。外源电泳NA和电刺激NA能的LC及LRN均使神经元放电受到抑制;电泳5-HT和电刺激5-HT能的NRM均使神经元放电增加。NA和5-HT对同一神经元也表现拮抗作用。实验结果表明:躯体传入信息可经直接和间接两条传入途径调节延脑迷走中枢神经元的活动。

【Abstract】 Experiments were performed in 48 chloralized cats and 147 neurons were recorded with a five-barrel microelectrode in the vagus center of medulla oblongata. Results showed that 85 neurons responded well to stimulations of radial, medial and common peroneal nerves respectively. Two response patterns were observed, one with a short and steady (not antidromic) , the other a long and unsteady latency. There was a decrease in the discharges of majority of neurons after noradrenaline electrophoresis and activation of locus caeruleus and lateral reticular nucleus, but an increase after 5-hy-drozytrytamine administration and activation of nucleus raphe magnus. Results suggested that activities of vagal central neurons might be modulated by somatic input via two neural pathways, a direct projection to nucleus trac-tus solitarii ( NTS ) or an indirect one via monoaminergic nuclei, being activated by somatic input and modulating activities of vagal central neurons with stretching axons toward NTS.
