东北地区3例血红蛋白G Coushatta及其一级结构分析

【摘要】 在黑龙江省异常血红蛋白普查中,于哈尔滨市和齐齐哈尔市三个无关家族中发现3例异常血红蛋白,先证者及其他携带者均为杂合子,无临床症状。这3例异常血红蛋白电泳行为与HbG相似,化学结构分析表明它们都是血红蛋白G Coushatta。目前,HbG Coushatta仅见于汉族,并多见于北方,其分布可能具有民族特点。

【Abstract】 In a survey for abnormal hemoglobins in Heilongjiang Province, three cases of abnormal hemoglobin were found, having electrophoretic mobilities similar to that of HbG. The proband were notrelated or belonged to the Han nationality. Results of structural analysis showed that all three variants were identical with HbG Coushatta.
