Pb合金Josephson隧道结的稳定机理及制作技术
STABILITY MECHANISM AND FABRICATION TECHNOLOGY OF LEAD ALLOY JOSEPHSON TUNNEL JUNCTIONS
【摘要】 本文介绍了P_b-I_n-A_u合金Josephson薄膜隧道结热循环的稳定机理及其制作技术,报导了一种改进了的制作P_b-In-Au合金结的方法。这种方法比较简便,不需要特殊的设备,制作的P_b合金结可以经受住多次热循环和在室温下保存100天以上,结的特性没有明显的变化。
【Abstract】 The stasility mechanism and fabrication technology of Pb-In-Au alloy Josephson thin-film tunnel junctions are discussed. An improved method for fabrication of Pb-In-Au alloy junctions is reported. This method is simple and requires not special equipment. The junctions made by this method can withstand some thermal cyclings and a room temperature storage more than 100 days. No apparent changes in the characteristics of junctions were found.
