梨树不同器官在不同时期的过氧化物酶同工酶研究

【摘要】 本试验测定了梨树几个品种的不同部位、不同时期的过氧化物酶同工酶谱。结果表明:梨树不同器官的过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱不同,但同一品种的不同器官之间,存在特征性谱带。叶片成熟期的不同叶位之间,休眠期的不同芽位之间,组织的不同部位之间,不同枝龄的枝皮之间,过氧化物酶同工酶谱相当稳定。不同时期的成熟叶片,休眠芽和成熟花药,它们的过氧化物酶同工酶谱相当稳定。同品种不同幼苗或树龄植株的相应部位叶片之间,过氧化物酶同工酶谱也相当稳定。为从生化角度进行系统分类、种质特性和遗传研究提供了理论依据和合适的取样部位、取样时期,也为细胞分化发育和组织功能研究提供了依据。

【Abstract】 Peroxidase isozymic patterns of different parts of the plants at various periods of sampling in some pears were determined. The results of studies showed that the peroxidase isozymic patterns varied with different organs of the plant, but there were characteristic pattern bands among different organs of the same variety. There were stable peroxidase isozymic patterns among different leaf arrangements in the maturing stage, different bud arrangements in the rest period, between different positions of the tissues and different shoot ages of the barks. Stable peroxidase isozymic patterns were shown in the mature leaves, the dormant buds and the mature anthers of different stages. Among the leaves at the different corresponding position on young plants or plants of different ages in the same variety, there were also stable peroxidase isozymic patterns. All of these results indicated that peroxidase isozymic patterns may be used as a characteristic indication to study the germplasm and heredity of Pyrus. The suitable time for sample taking and the plant parts to be sampled were suggested, which provided the basis for the research of differentiation and development of the cells and functions of the tissues.
