【Abstract】 Rough Brucella anti-serum was prepared in rabbits with rough strains ofBr.canis MR 6/66,etc.After absorption with smooth strains of Br.mel.№ 16 and Br.abor.№ 544,the serum was specific for rough Br.by agglutination slide test.The rough Br.anti-surum could only be agglutinated by rough Br.with a-gglutinating particles appearing within a minute.However,it could not be a-gglutinated with smooth Br.even within 8 minutes.The rough anti-surum might be used for identification of rough Br.and smoothBr.更多还原
