苹果气调贮藏中高CO2的生理效应

【摘要】 元帅、金帅、国光苹果采收后立即用10~12%的高CO2处理30~40天,不调节O2分压,对于保持果实硬度和绿色有良好的效果。但金帅和国光在贮藏后期出现生理病变。贮藏前期用高CO2处理可抑制果实呼吸和乙烯生成,延缓衰老过程,并未加剧乙醛和乙醇的累积。对照果实衰老快,乙醛和乙醇积累也较迅速。贮藏后期果实对高CO2非常敏感。

【Abstract】 ’Delicious’, ’Golden Delicious’ and ’Rails’ apples after harvest were immediately treated with 10-12% CO2 for 30-40 days. High CO2 treatment significantly delayed softening and the fruits remained green. Ethylene production was suppressed immediately by CO2 treatment after harvest. This treatment delayed and reduced the climacteric rise in respiration and also delayed the processes leading to senescence. The fruits with CO2 treatment did not accumulate rapidly aldehyde and alco-hol. The senescence of control fruits developed rapidly and aldehyde and alcohol accumulation was enhanced.The treatment of fruits with 12% CO2 did not cause C02 injury to the three cultivars used in this experiment when fruits were examined after 3-4 months of CA storage. But physiological disorders occurred in ’Golden Delicious’ and ’Rails’ apples by CO2 treatment at late period (after 3-4 months ) of CA storage. During the late period of sto-rage, fruits of the three cultivars were very sensitive to high concentra-tion pf carbon dioxide.
