【Abstract】 A new method was described for the determination of mouse T lymphocytes by using protein A-containing staphylococci labeled with rabbit anti-mouse brain antiserumi. The influencing factors and the specificity of the method were investigated. At the same time complement-dependent cytotoxicity test was used to measure T lymphocytes in spleen and lymph nodes of various mouse strains in parallel for the purpose of comparison.更多还原
