低碳钢与低合金高强度钢的设计
Low Carbon and Low Alloy High Strength Steel Design
【摘要】 在合金设计中,合金的成分、组织和性能间的关系是主要课题。本文介绍了部分高强度钢设计的新概念,诸如晶粒细化作为组织控制因素;第二相质点与断裂的关系;奥氏体化温度与力学性能的关系及显微组织的控制等。
【Abstract】 The relationships of properties of alloys to their composition and structure are a dominant theme in alloy designs. This paper describes some new conceptions in the design of high strength steels, such as refine grain size as a microstructure parameter, the relationships of second microconstituents and fracture,the relationships of Austenizing temperature and mechanical behavior and microstructure control of steels, etc.
