多孔吹头通Ar精炼铸铝合金液的生产试验研究

【摘要】 本文应用正交试验设计法于生产条件下研究了多孔吹头通Ar精炼铸铝合金液的实际效果,试验了精炼温度、Ar气流量及通Ar时间三因子对精炼效果的影响,找出了在该生产条件下多孔吹头通Ar精炼铸铝液的最佳工艺方案。同时,还与加C2Cl6,ZnCl2等精炼工艺相比较.对其经济效果和车间劳动卫生条件做了必要的考察。研究表明,用多孔吹头通Ar精炼铝合金.不仅可确保精炼效果.而且经济效益明显,大大改善了车间劳动卫生条件.

【Abstract】 This article reports actual efficiency of refining of casting aluminium alloy liquid with Ar by porous brick in the case of production by orthogonal trial. The influence of refining temperature, flow and time of Ar on refining efficiency is studied here. From the results we can conclude that in the case of the application of TS-19 porous brick to blow the Ar, the best technological factors of melting the ZL104 alloy liquid in the number 300 graphite crucible are listed below temperature of alloy liquid, <720-730℃ flow of Ar, 90-110 l/h on time, 8-10 min. It is clear that compared with the old and customary refining, new process not only can obtain the satisfactory efficiency of refining,but also can eviden- tly increase economy and greatly improve the labour conditions of the work- shop
