【摘要】 本工作用假孕大鼠探讨了几种抗早孕药物,即D-丙⁶-去甘¹⁰-LHRH-乙基胺、HCG、PGE+2和PGF_2α的衍生物ICI₈₁₀₀₈降低血浆孕酮水平的机理。通过在体实验的方法,观察到这几种药物能减少卵巢组织中孕酮含量,提示它们通过此途径而降低血浆孕酮水平。离体实验的结果表明这几种药物对卵巢孕酮含量和分泌或无明显影响,或有刺激性的作用,似说明它们降低卵巢组织孕酮含量主要不是通过对卵巢的直接抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Experiments were performed in pseudo-pregnant rats to demonstrat the mechanisms of the decline of progesterone concentration in plasma induced by four anti-early pregnancy drugs: D-Ala⁶-Des-Gly¹⁰-LHRH-EA, HCG, PGE₂ and ICI81008 (a derivative of PGF_2α). In the in vivo experiments, these drugs were observed to be able to reduce the contents of progesterone in the ovarian tissue, and perhaps by this way, the level of progesterone in plasma was declined. However, in the in vitro experiments these drugs were shown to be either having no significant effect or having stimulatory effect on the contents and secretions of progesterone of the ovarian tissue. The results appear to indicate that the decline of progesterone in the ovaries by these drugs is not mainly medicated by their direct inhibitory effect on the ovaries.更多还原
