【Abstract】 A new extracorporeal perfusion technique for dispersing monkey kidney cell in tissue culture and a complex cell dispersing agent of trypsin-disodium EDTA were described.By this technique, a yield of cells 2-3 time more than that obtained by the standard trypsinization technique was obtained, the rate of cell attaching to bottle surface increased by 30%, the duration for cells to form a confluent monolayer shortened by 1-2 days and the amount of serm needed was reduced.更多还原
