“京红1号”春小麦单体系统的育成

【摘要】 <正> 小麦非整倍体研究始于三十年代,五十年代迅速发展,近年来已在小麦细胞、遗传、育种、系统发育等研究方面发挥着越来越显著的作用。我们于1974年开始了这方面的研究,主要目的是借助于“小麦非整倍体系统”材料和染色体技术,进行小麦的基本理论研究,揭示其规律,并探索育种新途径。为此,首先要培育适应我国具体情况的优良品种单体系统。

【Abstract】 On the basis of the established monosomic lines of the variety Chinese Spring,a new set of monosomie lines has been developed in the Chinese spring wheat cultivar "Beijing Red No. 1 ". The resulting monosomics were test-crossed in 1979 with respective ditelosomics of Chinese Spring. As a result, 15 monosomic lines have been proved to be correct, with a karyotype 20″+t′.In the line 5D, the telocentric formed a heteromorphic bivalent, showing that there had been a univalent-shift. The remaining monosomic lines involving 1A, 6A, 2B, 2D and 3D, due to the lack of respective ditelosomic stocks in 1979, are to be test-crossed and examined in 1981. Some aspects of univalent-shift were discussed.
