关于激光辐照家蚕的遗传学研究

【摘要】 <正> 前言由中国科技大学与安徽省农业科学院蚕桑研究所协作,自1976年用釹玻璃激光器,以能量密度81焦耳/cm~2輻照家蚕品种“东肥”的蚕蛹,获得变异,已培育到第八代,性状初步稳定,定名为“肥激”,1978年春用肥激与华五杂交,組成杂种,历年在全省飼养,証明抗逆性强,好养,高产。与現行的全国优良品种东肥×华合相比,令期相仿,平均单产提高8.1%,张种产值提高10.4%,茧层量提高11%,茧层率提高8%,担桑产值高13.8%,茧价提高11.5%。从形态上看,肥激皮色呈浅灰色,而原种东肥呈深灰色,也有明显变异。我們对肥激第七代进行了細胞学观察,发現后絲腺細胞增加20%左右,染色体畸变率提高近2倍,对肥激第八代的絲蛋白电泳表明,其带譜与东肥有明显差异,說明肥激已发生明显变异,正成为一个漸趋稳定的新品种。

【Abstract】 A strain (Dongfei) of the silkworm Bombyx mori has been radiated by laser(81 joule/cm~2). We made a cytological observation in its seventh generation and disc electrophoresis of silk proteins in its eighth generation.We found that the number of cells in the posterior silkglands increased by a factor of 1/5 or so and the chromosomal aberration(chromatid bridge and chromosomal lagging) increased by a factor of 3. The variation is shown to be significant.Different electropherograms exist among the proteins extracted from the lumen of the middle division of silkgland of the normal strains(Dongfei) and the "laser-Donfie" (Fieji). The second band of Feiji exists as a higher density than Dongfei and its fourth band, both the density and width more than Dongfei but migrating with slower mobility. We can propose the laser radiation for Dongfei which may elevate the activity of the system of control of gene expression for the silkprotein in essentials and the variation of the DNA sequences are a minor consideration.The variation of Feiji is shown to be significant and is developing into a new strain progressivcly.
