茶园喷灌的小气候效应及对茶叶产量品质的影响

【摘要】 在1979年夏季,对茶园喷灌的小气候效应及其对茶叶产量品质的影响,进行了研究。 茶园喷灌后,土壤温度和空气温度的日变幅明显减少,土壤温度和空气温度的垂直分布差异缓和,土壤和空气湿度增大。 喷灌茶园的降温增湿效应,喷灌期间比喷灌结束后明显,白昼比夜间明显,晴天比阴天明显,接近地表的土壤和空气比远离地表的土壤和空气明显。 大田试验结果,喷灌比不喷灌增产11.2%,小区试验增产4.0-38.9%,喷灌可增进茶叶品质,氨基氮增加19.91—39.51mg%,水分增加2.1—4.5%,芽叶纤维素减少0.39—0.98%。

【Abstract】 Effects of tea plantation sprinkler irrigation on the microclimate, tea yield, and quality were studied in the summer of 1979.After tea plantation sprinkler irrigation, daily variation,of the soil and air temperature were reduced, the differences in vertical distribution of soil and air temperature were also reduced,but the soil moisture and atmospheric moisture were both increased.As for the effect of lower temperature and higher moisture, it is more significant during the time of sprinkler irrigation than after it, during the day than at night, in fair weather than in overcast sky, soil and air of near surface soil than far from it.The result of the field experiment showed that, the tea yield after irrigation were increased by 11.2 per cent and 4.0-38.9 per cent in experimental field and plot respectively. Tea quality was also improved. Amino-nitrogen increased by 19.91-39.51 mg per cent, moisture content of tea leaves increased by 2.1-4.5 per cent,and cellulose decreased by 0.39-0.98 per cent.
