【摘要】 本文研究了NAA、BA及GA对硬叶吊兰种子萌发及发育成小苗的影响。培养基中同时附加NAA及BA,在适宜的比例下(NAA0.5毫克/升,BA1毫克/升),种子萌发生长得较快。当芽生长到1厘米左右长时,应及时转接入新鲜培养基中。转接用的培养基应只附加少量NAA(0.5毫克/升),以促进小苗正常生长。转接一个多月后,即可形成芽长约5厘米、有3—4片叶及3—4条根的健壮小苗。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of NAA, BA and GA on the germination and growth of C. pendulum seeds are studied. When NAA and BA are added together in the basal medium (NAA 0.5 mg/1, BA 1.0 mg/ 1) , the seeds germinate and grow faster. When the protocorms are about 1 cm long, it is necessary to transplant them to the fresh medium. In order to promote the normal growth of the seedlings, only NAA 0.5 mg/ 1 is added to the basalmedium. After 43 days of transplantation, the protocorms grow into healthy seedlings, with 3-4 roots and 3-4 leaves. These seedlings are ready for transplanting into pots.更多还原
