果蝇幼虫唾腺细胞的超微结构研究
Studies on Ultrastructure In the Larvae Salivary Gland Cells of Drosophila melanogaster
【摘要】 应用电子显微镜研究野生型果蝇(Drosophila melanogaster)第三龄幼虫唾腺细胞的恢复期(分泌颗粒合成期)。粗糙型内质网(RER)十分发达,高尔基复合体与线粒体共同组成的“高尔基区”,有时可见中心粒。研究结果表明分泌颗粒是由高尔基液泡浓缩而成。此时期,核内巨大染色体的带区和间带明显,并与核膜接触,核膜呈被浪状且有“核膜泡”出现。核仁呈不规则状,与核膜接触,同线粒体仅一核膜之隔,暗示着核质的密切关系与细胞内分泌颗粒合成活动相适应。 果蝇唾腺细胞的质膜内陷与内质网池接触,内质网与核外膜相连,也与高尔基液泡外膜相连。线粒体外膜与核外膜相连,又与内质网相接,暗示着线粒体来源于ER的可能性。同时证明这种唾腺细胞和其他细胞一样,也是一个真正的统一体.
【Abstract】 The third instar salivary gland cells of Drosophila melanogaster Larvae in the recovery stage is a. period o?secretory granules synthesis. The rough en-doplasmic reticulum (RER)is particularly highly developed. The "Golgi zone" is made up of the Golgi Complex and mitochondria at the top of the nuclens in the cytoplasm. Occasionally the centriolcs arc seen in the Golgi zone. Our data indicate that the secretory granule is formed concentration of the Golgi vacuole. At this stage, the nuclear membrane is double layered and undulatory. The band and interband regions of the giant chromosome arc mostly obvious," which approach, the nuclear membrane and the membrane protrude into the cytoplasm in the form o?blebs. The nucleolus appears irregular Shape. Th.e deformed nucleolus approches the nuclear membrane and is separated from the mitochondria by a thin membrane. It is suggested that nucleocytoplasmic relation is fitted with the formation of the secretory granules in the cell.Electron micrographs of the salivary gland cells show that the plasma membrane extends into the cytoplasm and links with the cisterance of the ER, which, in turn links with the outer nuclear membrane. The ER also links with the outer membrane of the Golgi vacuole. The outer membrane of the mitochondrium links with the ER;on the other hand, tbe outer membrane of. the mitochondrium links with the outer membrane. These figures suggest that the outer membrane of the mitochondrium is originated probably from the ER. Our observation indicate that the Salivary gland Cell is really a unity.
