【摘要】 本文报告人尿中 PGE₂-L 简化溶剂提取法,并用以提取及评价健康已婚男性尿中PGE₂-L 水平。20毫升尿液用甲酸酸化至 pH4,用三倍量氯仿提取,分离后,氯仿层以15毫升、pH3.0枸橼酸缓冲液洗涤,然后通过无水硫酸钠脱水过滤,减压蒸干备测。用大鼠胃底条进行生物检测,结果以 PGE₂-L表示。十四位健康已婚男性尿中 PGE₂-L 水平为:460±194毫微克 PGE₂-L/24小时尿。本法简单、快速、回收率为75.2±6.8%、再现性较佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper described a simplified method for solvent extraction of prosta- glandin E₂-like substances （PGE₂-L） from human urine.The （PGE₂-L） in the urine of 14 healthy married men were extracted by this method,Thereabtes, assayed by a biological method.The solvent extraction procedure is as follows. 20 ml of urine is acidified to pH 4 with formic acid and extracted with 3 parts by volume of chloroform.After washed with 15 ml citrate buffer （pH3.0）, The coloroform is dried by passing through anhydrous sodium sulfate placed on a piece of filter paper.It is then evaporated to dryness in vacuum.The residue thus obtained can be assayed biologically on rat fundus strip in terms of PGE₂-like activity. The urinary PGE₂-L level of this group of healthy married men was 460 ±194 ng/24 h urine.This method is simple and brief and both the recovery （75.2±6.8%）and reproducibility are satisfactory.更多还原
