【Abstract】 19 parameters, correlating with the valve area in mitral stenosis (MS), were established according to the analysis of symptoms, physical signs, electrocardiogram and chest X-ray film among 236 cases of pure MS, which were proved by mitral valvotomy. Mathematics models were based on Bayes’ theory and "Learning Machine" respectively. The program was written in BASIC language. Calculation was performed by computer DJS-130. The result of retrospective study showed that accuracy was 92% in Bayes’, 99% in "Learning Machine". The result of prospective study in 17 cases of MS showed that accuracy was 94% both in Bayes’ and in "Learning Machine", checked with the operative findings. Tow mathematics models were discussed.更多还原
