关于用长管法测喷油规律的研究
Study on the Measuring Equipment for Bosch Injection Rate
【摘要】 作者按照Bosch长管法,设计了无背压喷油规律的测定装置,进行了试验,并对测量结果的可靠性进行了研究。考察了喷油规律与油管压力、针阀升程的关系,分析了第一反射波的波幅问题,并将测试结果与用蜂窝法、Bosch长管法的测量结果进行了对比。文中提出了设计长管法测定装置应注意的问题:在无背压的条件下,第一个反射波的波幅以稍高于原始波为宜(或在示波图上产生四个波形)。
【Abstract】 A measuring equipment of no back pressure for Bosch injection rate has been designed and operated. The reliability of its measuring results has also been investigated.After studying on the correlation of the injection rate, fuel pressure in the pipe and the needle valve lift, and analysing the amplitude of the first reflecting wave, the results obtained by this equipment are ready to compare with that by rotating cells method and ordinary Bosch method.In this paper, the proposed criterion of designing a measuring equipment for Bosch injection rate is that under the condition of no back pressure, the orifice chosen should be small enough to make the amplitude of first reflecting wave slightly greater than that of original one (or four waves present in the oscillogram).
