【摘要】 <正> 关于蚊虫的扫描电子显微镜观察,过去已有不少报告,如Boo(1980),Boo & McIver(1975),松尾喜久男(1976),McIver(1969,1972a,b,1973,1978),西尾恭好等(1979)和Rossignol & McIver(1977)在扫描电镜下研究成虫触角、触须和尾器表面的形态构造;长岛义介等(1977a、b)检查按蚊蛹的呼吸管;Zacharuk & Blue(1971)描述埃及伊蚊幼虫触角的微细构造;Hatwood(1958,1959),Hinton(1968a、b),Hinton & Service(1969),Kukharchuk & Gulii(1978),松尾喜久男(1975),松尾喜久男等

【Abstract】 The tegumental surfaces of adults, pupae and eggs of Anopheles sinensis Wied. and Anopheles lesteri anthropophagus Xu et Feng were comparatively studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The capitellum of haltere of adults is covered with numerous scales and small hairs in both anopheline species. The number of scales in A. sinensis is more abundant than that in A. l. anthropophagus. Distinct differences were found in the ultrastructures of the rim, the inner and outer wall surface of pupal trumpets between A. sinensis and A. l. anthropophagus. The potential value of pupal characters by SEM as an aid in the resolution of difficult taxonomic problems of Anopheles was discussed. Microstructures of the exochorion such as the micropylar area, the lobed tubercles, the deck, the float and the plastron network of A. sinensis eggs as well as the plastron network of A. l. anthropophagus egg were described.
