【Abstract】 The preliminary observation of EPM of peripheral blood lymphocytes and granulocytes on 21 normal adults was made.The lymphoeytes EPM of normal adults is 1.638±0.258μ/sec/v/cm.According to the mobility, the lymphocytes were divided into two groups,i.e.the rapid group 77.8%,slow group 22.2%.The mature granulocytes EPM of adults is 1.56 03±0.2400μ/sec/v/cm. We also employed density eentrifugation method with Arabic Gum to separate leukocytes.The peripheral blood immature cells of five leukemic patients were measured.The immature granulocytes EPM of five leuke- mic patients including APL,ALL,AML was also determined.The resu- lt of measurement showcd that EPM of most young cells was obviously higher than mature cells更多还原
