【Abstract】 The effect of long-term preserved substrate which was the imprint of transfusedrat liver on the result of ANA examination was reported in this paper.The nuclear component imprinted on the slide obtained from the transfused liverwas purer than that from the blood-containing liver.Thus the nuclear immunoflur-escent pattern was typical,the background was clear,we could easily assure thatthe IF reaction occurred inside the nucleus.It could be avoided that flurescent spotsappearing in other imprinted method may be misunderstood as“the seckled pattern”,so that the accuracy of the experiment was increased.The time limit of utilizationwas extended(over 18 months)because of improvment of the preserving method.Itbrought convenience to the laboratories.更多还原
