草酸对丙烯酸酯-胺体系稳定作用研究

【摘要】 研究了草酸对TEGMA-DMT,TEGA-DMT,HPMA-DMT体系的氧化和聚合的影响。表明微量草酸对丙烯酸酯-胺体系的稳定作用非常突出,比对苯二酚大得多,是此体系有效的稳定剂。认为草酸的稳定作用首先是它抑制丙烯酸酯-胺体系氧化,使体系中不能生成过氧化合物,从而使体系稳定不聚合。

【Abstract】 The oxidation and polymerization for the system of triethylenedimethacrylate (TEGMA)-dimethyltoluidine (DMT),triethylenediacrylate (TEGA)-DMT, 2-hydroxypro-pylmethacrylate (HPMA)-DMT in the presence or absence of oxalic acid have been studied. The results show that oxalic acid posseses much high antioxidizing and inhibiting power than hydroquinone, therefore, it is an effective antioxidant and inhibitor for the system of acrylic ester-amine.The chief function of oxalic acid would be antioxidation, since the oxidation of the system of acrylic ester-amine in the presence of small amount of oxalic acid will nearly stop, therefore the accumulation of the peroxide be comes very difficult. This may be the reason for the stability of this system as well as the others such as polypropylene and polyamides etc. in the presence of small amount of oxalic acid.
