有机钖聚合物的研究(Ⅱ) 甲基丙烯酸三丁基锡酯与某些乙烯类单体的共聚反应
A Study of Some Organotin Polymers (Ⅱ) Copolymerization of Tri-n-butyltin Methacrylate Monomer With Some Vinyl Monomers
【摘要】 采用游离基引发剂使甲基丙烯酸三丁基锡酯单体和某些乙烯类单体进行共聚合.其竞聚率用YBR法解出共聚方程的微分式而测得.甲基丙烯酸三丁基锡酯(M1)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(M2)共聚反应的竞聚率r1=0.515±0.061,r2=0.669±O.071; 它和苯乙烯(M2)共聚反应的竞聚率r1=0.328±0.028,r2=1.203±0.050;它和丙烯酸甲酯(M2)共聚反应的竞聚率r1=1.013±0.055,r2=0.288±0.032.而所得到的甲基丙烯酸三丁基锡酯的Q、e值是它对各个单体的所有Q、e值的平均值,其Q=0.622,e=-0.329.
【Abstract】 Tri-n-butyltin methacrylate monomer was prepared and copolymerized under the influence of free radical initiators, with several vinyl monomers. By means of analytical YBR method, the reactivity ratios of three pairs of monomers were determined for solving of fhe differentical form of copolymer equation. In the copolymerization of tri-n-butyltin metbacrylate(M1)with methyl methacrylate (M2), the reactivity ratios were found to be r1= 0.515 ±0.061,r2 = 0.669±0.071; with styrene (M2) they were r1= 0.328 ±0.028, r2= 1.203 ± 0.050; with methyacrylate (M2) they were r1=-1.013 + 0.055, r2= 0.288 ±0.032. Taking the individual Q, e Values of particular monomer; Q. e Values in copolymerization can be obtained through average, for tri-n-butyltin methacrylate monomer the Values of Q = 0.622, e = 0.329.
