金属间化合物催化加氢性能的研究 Ⅰ.LaNi5在乙烯、丁二烯加氢反应中的催化活性

【摘要】 证明氢化过的LaNi5具有较高的加氢活性,在低温即能使乙烯加氢,但反应是化学计量的。消耗了氢的LaNi5的活性重现需要高温。 LaNi5的催化活性可以通过先充氢,然后经高温处理加以改进。此时观察到催化活性和磁性间有一平行关系,说明催化活性组分是析出的金属镍,并用XPS证明了这一点。这一效果与LaNi5多次充氢相同。所得催化剂在丁二烯加氢反应中有特殊的选择性。
【Abstract】 It was proved that the hydrogenated LaNi5 possesses a higher hydrogenation activity, on which ethylene can be hydrogenated at a lower temperature, but the reaction is stoichiometric. A high temperature is necessary to reproduce the activity of hydrogen-consumed LaNi5.The activity of LaNi5 can be further improved by means of hydrogenation followed by heat treatment. A parallel correlation between the catalytic activity and magnetic susceptibility was observed. It shows that the catalytic active component is metallic nickel segregated and has been proved by XPS. This effect observed is the same as that of LaNi5 through hydrogenation and dehydrogenation several times. The catalyst obtained shows a specific selectivity for butadiene hydrogenation.
