【摘要】 <正> 二尖瓣脱垂综合征(Mitral valve prolapse syndrome,MVPS)是一组病征。二尖瓣脱垂是指二尖瓣前叶、后叶或前后叶在收缩中晚期或全收缩期脱入左房,伴有或不伴有二尖瓣关闭不全而言。多数原因未明,少数与某些疾病併发。近20年来的实践和研究发现二尖瓣脱垂是由二尖瓣粘液性变或其装置异常而引起。许多作者描述了它的症状、体征、心电图、超声心动图、心血管造影等表现,因而对其认识有了进一步提高。鉴于近年来MVPS有日益增多倾向。故更多还原

【Abstract】 39 cases of MVPSproved by auscultation, phonocardiography and echocardiography were reported. Mid-systolic click and/or late systolic murmur were found in 33 cases and 27 (81.9%) of them exhibited typical echocardiographical signs, of MVP. Six cases had no mid-systolic click but exhibited typical echocardiographical signs of MVP too. There were 16 cases with prolapse of the posterior leaflet, 9, of both the anterior and posterior leaflets, and 8, of the anterior leaflet. Clinical manifestations and diagnosis of the MVP are discussed, and the systolic click is one of the principal signs in the diagnosis of MVP is particularly stressed. Amyl nitrite inhalation test was utilized in 7 cases suspected of having MVP, 4 of the 7 cases showed positive result.Echocardiogram is very helpful in the diagnosis of MVP and detection of the development and vicissitude, of its complications. It may be relied upon to disclose the prolapsed leaflet and is also a simple and noninvasive method in the diagnosis of the "silent MVP".更多还原
