氟离子选择性电极法测定重水中微量氟

【摘要】 <正> 氟电极法测定氟比分光光度法具有快速、简便、干扰少和量程宽等优点,但其灵敏度比氟试剂萃取光度法差约一个数量级。为了把氟电极法用于测定重水成品中的微量氟,我们从样品含氟量低、杂质少的特点出发,改进“TISAB”(总离子强度调节缓冲液)的组分和浓度,提高了灵敏度,检测下限低于0.02PPm。氟电极格氏作图法与氟试剂萃取光度法比较,测定结果无显著性差别,灵敏度相近,回收率较好。

【Abstract】 A method for the determination of microamounts of fluorine in heavy water with fluo-ride ion selective electrode using Gran’s plots is described. The Limit of detection was improved to 0.02ppm by using hexamethylene-tetramine-nitric acid buffer instead of acetate buffer and by decreasing the concentration of TISAB. The sensitivity of the present method is comparable with the most sensitive extractive spectrophotomectric method using alizarin complexan reported in the literature. But the recovery of the present method is better, the measurable range of concentration wider (200ppm-0.02 ppm)and the operation simpler.
