正常情期小鼠子宫组织中前列腺素F(PGF)的含量变化及其生理作用

【摘要】 <正> 子宫是雌性动物前列腺素(PGS)生产的重要部位之一,又是卵巢激素作用的重要靶器官,而PGS的产生又受着甾体激素的调节和制约,并对卵泡的成熟、排卵及孕卵运行与胚泡着床等一系列的生殖生理过程,起着重要作用。本文以PGS放射免疫测定(RIA)技术,探讨了正常情期小鼠子宫组织中PGF的含量变化及其可能的生理作用,以便为进一步了解其对生殖过程的调节控制作用,奠定基础。

【Abstract】 The level of PGF in the uterine tissue of mice has been measured by RIA at various stages of the estrus cycle.It has been shown that there is a significant difference (P<0.01) in the uterine content of PGF during the estrus cycle.The level of PGF began to increase at proestrus (38.6±8.2ng/organ) and reached a peak at estrus (43.7±5.9ng/organ),then it began to decrease at metaoestrus (18.1±2.8ng/organ) and fell to the lowest value (13.4±2.0ng/organ) at dieoestrus.No significant change (P>0.05) of PGF concentrations was observed when calculated per unit weight of the uterine tiusse at the various stages of the oestrus cycle.Experiments have also been done to study if the PGF content of the uterus is correlated with ovulation.The result shows that the occurrence of PGF peak was followed by ovulation in almost all of experimental animals.From the data obtained in this investigation,it is suggested that the high level of PGF in the uterus may have some physiological effects on ovulation.
