光敏三极管时间参数的瞬态分析

【摘要】 本文从光敏三极管的光电瞬态过程出发,导出了时间参数的分析表达式.还测试了光敏三极管的响应时间.实验结果与理论分析很好地符合.

【Abstract】 Starting from the photo-electric transient processes of phototransistors,the timeparameters are derived,and the response times are measured.The experimental resultsare in good agreement with the theoretical analysis.
