【Abstract】 In this paper, indirect immunofluorescent technique were used to determine the level of antibody to EB viral capsid antigen ( EB-VCA ) in the sera of 50 normal rhesus monkeys. It was found that most of them in close contact with human or other monkeys had naturally acquired antibodies to EB-VCA.15 of 50 sera samples from these monkeys have been found to have antibodies with titers ranging from 1 : 5 to 1 : 160.
