【Abstract】 In studying the acting mechanism of No.2 Recipe as a platelet aggregation inhibitor, the competitive protein-binding assay was used to estimate the content of cAMP of washed rabbit platelets. At a concentration of No.2 Recipe which inhibited platelet aggregation induced by ADP, the contents of cAMP of platelet was found to be elevated. This effect was potentiated by PGE1, a platelet adenyl cyclase stimulator, showing a synergism between both agents. It is speculated that No.2 Recipe might act as a platelet phos-phodiesterase inhibitor.更多还原
