提高紫外氦-镉激光器的输出功率

【摘要】 本文介绍了提高3250氦-镉激光器输出功率的一些方法和实验结果,在95厘米长的放电毛细管中获得单模输出功率15毫瓦左右。还介绍了在 He-Cd~+正柱中加入少量碘蒸气可提高激光输出功率。

【Abstract】 Some methods and experimental results for increasing the output power of a 3250 He-Cd laser are presented,monomode output power of about 15m W has been obtained with a 95cm long discharging capillary.It is shown that laser output power can be increased by adding a small quantity of iodine vapor into the He-Cd+ positive column.
