【Abstract】 A case of massive osteolysis of ieft ischio-publc bone is reported. The roentgenologic findings were.teen as a case of metastatic cancer, but the clinical and pathologic findings could differentiate them. The classification, etiologic mechanism, traumatic history, age incidence, prognosis, roentgenograpbic findings, differential diagnosis and treatment about the massive osteo|ysis are discussed.更多还原
