【Abstract】 Experimenting with guinea pigs for intradermal injection and rabbits for intramuscular injection, the effect of phosphate buffer solution (0.5M,PH 7.2), whole blood and serum on the irritating action of tartar emetic was studied, and the intensity of the irritating action of antimony potassium tartrate and its sodium analogue compared.It was found that:(1). the phosphate buffer solution was without effect, the whole blood increased the irritating action of tartar emetic; while serum decreased it duriug intradermal injection.(2). no difference was observed in the intensity between the irritating action of antimony potassium tartrate and that of antimony sodium tartrate.更多还原
