胆色素型胆结石中的结构表征

【摘要】 <正> 我国的胆石症以色素型结石较多,其组成也较为复杂,形成的机理也尚不很清楚。由于它难溶于一般溶剂,约占胆石一半左右的难溶组分的性质还有待查明。 Suzuki估计黑色素型胆结石可能是高聚物,北医三院胆石组用组织化学的方法发现在胆色素型结石中存在着多醣类结构,Mski等和Nagashina指出胆石和胆汁中有硫酸糖
【Abstract】 More than 90% by weight of the bilirubin gallstone ean be dissolved by EDTA chelation followed by solvent extraction. Infrared spectroscopy, emission and atomic absorption spectroscopy, and gel electrophoresis showed that the so-called insoluble components of the stone consist of protein, glycoprotein, polysaccharide and polymer bilirubin. This suggests that the formation of polymers of the chelation type is the main cause of the insolubility of gallstones.
