氮化钛材人工关节实验研究和临床应用

【摘要】 <正> 钛及钛合金具有比重小、强度高、耐腐蚀性能好以及良好的稳定性等优点,近年来已在国内外航空、宇航、舰艇、食品等工业中得到应用。 由于钛及其合金又具有对人体组织反应轻微等优点,因此近年来也广泛应用于人工关节的制造上。人工关节在体内要保留多年,而且经常处于摩擦运动状态,由于人体内体液的影响,人工关节是在腐蚀性介质中工作的,所以材料的耐磨性和耐腐蚀性能是一个十分值得重视的问题。

【Abstract】 The studies on ion-nitriding test and clinical application of Titanium artificial joint began from 1977. (continued on p.37) (continued from p.31)At first, artificial hip joint made of Titanium and imitated human body fluid were tested, The results revealed that the nitrided Titanium had the characteristics of low friction coefficient, small amount of wearing and tearing; the surface hardness and corrosive resistance increased evidently.Based upon above facts, nitrided and non-nitrided Titanium materials were implanted into muscular layers of rabbits respectively. After 45 days and 4 months observation, neither systemic nor local reaction appeared. The gross anatomy and microscopic examination of both groups revealed little difference and slight tissue reaction.From November 1978, the clinical application of nitrided Titanium artificial joint began. The artificial femur heads made of nitrided Titanium materials were applied to 8 cases of fracture of femur neck. The effects were good after short term observationThe authors considered that nitrided Titanium was rather ideal artificial joint materials.
