【Abstract】 16 Patients with duodenal ulcer were subjected to highly selective vago-tomy. All operations were done under epidural anesthesia with 13 cases a celiac block were added. In two patients with pyloric stenosis underwent HSV + P.All patients ran a smooth postoperative course with no wound infection, bleeding, diarrhea or dumping syndrome. The postoperative BAO were lowered in 12 cases. The insulin test were negative in 10 cases.Experiences in the operative technique as to the dissection of the vagus, completeness of vagotomy, the necessity of pyloroplasty as well as the Operative complications were discussed.更多还原
