日本血吸虫形态的若干观察

【摘要】 <正> 自从桂田(1904)首先发现日本血吸虫之后,继之对该虫形态的研究颇不乏人,其中主要有藤浪(1904)、宫川(1916)、Faust和Meleney(1924)、Severinghaus(1928)和多田(1928)等氏。近年来作者在进行各种药物对虫体作用的研究工作中,有机会系统地观察和研究了正常虫体的形态和组织构造,发现过去研究者们的描述不够完善,并有若干的形态构造尚未加以叙述。为了补充或提供其他方面的参考,故将观察的结果介绍于后。

【Abstract】 This paper is a contribution to the morphology of Schistosoma japonimm, with results as may be given below.1. The two edges of the gynaecophoric fold of the mated male schistosomes were different in shape, one being acuminated and the other excurvated. The latter was covered partially by the former, forming a closure of the gynaecophoric canal. Such Structure did not occur in unmated male worms.2. The dorsal integument of the male S. japonicum was non-tuberculate and was only covered with thick cuticule, while on the ventral surface, numerous stout spines in different shapes and arrangements were seen. The integument of the female worms was relatively smooth, except in the posterior end where it was armed with only a few very slender spines.3. Surface papillae were also observed. Most, if not all, of the papillae bore a seta which was usually destroyed during the staining process. They are distributed mainly iu the dorsal surface and in region surrounding the oral sucker of male worms as well as in the anterior part of females. Though their function had not been determined experimentally, their morphology suggested that they were of sensory nature.4. At the base of the ovary, an ovarian ampulla was observed and its opening was surrounded by a group of circular sphincter muscles which probably regulated the passage of maturing ova into the oviduct.5. Valve-like structures containing 2 or 3 nuclei might be observed from the following locations: one at the joint of ovarian ampulla to the proximal oviduct; one at the junction of the posterior oviduct with vitelline. tube; one in the lumen of terminal part of vitelline tube near to the ovovitelline tube as well as the lumen of ovovitelline tube. Their respective role and functions were discussed.6. The epithelial cells of the odtype were shown to be apocrine secretion glandular cells with a rhythmic function probably connected with the formation of eggs. The entrance of the ootype into the uterus proper was guarded by a well-defined uterine valve which regulated their passage and prevented reflex.7. It was found that the male worm possessed a specialized copulatory apparatus which dould be protruded from the gonopore. Its protrusion or retraction was regulated by two sets of muscles, which were situated on both sides of the genital atrium.
