【摘要】 为了有效培养学生的电子电路创新设计能力，皖江工学院以团队建设为载体，通过“一个引导”—以梯队传帮带为引导;“两个加强”—加强电子电路设计实践，加强实践反思总结；“三个结合”—自主学习与小组讨论相结合，勤学苦练与导生实践相结合，参加赛事与不断完善相结合的团队培养模式，使学生改变“重软怕硬”现状，稳步掌握电子电路设计的基本技术，并能创新运用于实际问题的解决。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to effectively cultivate students’ electronic circuit innovation design ability, Wanjiang Institute of Technology takes team building as the carrier and guides through "one guidance",i.e., echelon passing on help and leading, "two strengthening",i.e., strengthening the practice of electronic circuit design, and strengthening the practice of reflection and summary, "three combinations", i. e., the combination of independent learning and group discussion, the combination of diligent study and hard practice and the practice of guiding students, and the combination of participation in competitions and continuous improvement, to form a team training mode,so that students can change the status quo of "heavy software and afraid of hardware", steadily master the basic technology of electronic circuit design, and can innovatively apply the improved ability to solve practical problems.更多还原
