【摘要】 目的：研究不孕症患者治疗期间心理状态及与睡眠质量的关系，为临床干预提供依据。方法：选取2022年4月至2023年4月福建医科大学附属第二医院收治的体外受精-胚胎移植(IVE-ET)不孕症患者100例作为观察组，选取同期到院健康体检的100例健康育龄女性志愿者作为对照组，分别在周期首日、取卵日、移植后第7天采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、心理健康临床症状自评量表(SCL-90)比较2组不同治疗阶段的睡眠质量、心理健康状态，并对2组进行Pearson相关性分析。结果：通过测定，IVF-ET患者PSQI评分、SCL-90评分各项评分及总分均显著高于对照组，IVF-ET患者取卵日、移植后第7天的PSQI总分、SCL-90评分均显著高于周期首日，Pearson相关性显示，IVF-ET患者周期首日、取卵日、移植后第7天的PSQI评分和SCL-90评分呈正相关性，差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论：IVE-ET患者的睡眠质量、心理健康状态相比正常育龄女性要差，且在治疗干预不同阶段有所不同，二者呈正相关性，应进行针对性干预。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the relationship between psychological status and sleep quality of infertility patients during treatment, and provide a basis for clinical intervention.Methods:A total of 100 infertile patients undergoing in vitro fertilization embryo transfer(IVE-ET) admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the observation group.100 healthy female volunteers of childbearing age who underwent physical examinations at the same time were selected as the control group.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) was used on the first day of the cycle, the day of egg retrieval, and the 7th day after transplantation, respectively Compare the sleep quality and mental health status of two groups of patients at different treatment stages using the Self Rating Clinical Symptoms of Mental Health(SCL-90),and conduct Pearson correlation analysis between the two groups.Results:Through measurement, the PSQI score, SCL-90 score, and total score of IVF-ET patients were significantly higher than those of the control group.The PSQI total score and SCL-90 score of IVF-ET patients on the day of egg retrieval and the 7th day after transplantation were significantly higher than those on the first day of the cycle.Pearson correlation showed that the PSQI score and SCL-90 score of IVF-ET patients on the first day of the cycle, the day of egg retrieval, and the 7th day after transplantation were positively correlated, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The sleep quality and mental health status of IVE-ET patients are worse than those of normal women of childbearing age, and there are differences in treatment interventions at different stages.There is a positive correlation between the two, and targeted interventions should be carried out.更多还原
