城乡空间格局与产业集聚的演化及耦合关系——以长江三角洲为例
The Evolution and Coupling Relationship between urban and Rural Spatial Pattern and Industrial Agglomeration——Take the Yangtze River Delta as an Example
【摘要】 自2012年以来,中国经济增速逐渐放缓,进入新常态下的高质量发展阶段。2016年5月11日频发的《长江三角洲城市群发展规划》中提出将促进区域城市群高质量发展,打造经济增长极。如何处理产业集聚发展和城乡空间格局排布升级的新路径,是转变经济发展方式,平稳度过"三期叠加"的关键。本文选取了该区域的16个城市1990—2019年间经济发展、城乡空间演化等数据,构建影响长三角空间格局的城乡空间格局和产业集聚两个子系统,运用ESDA空间自相关分析法和耦合协调度分析法,探究子系统间的演化及耦合关系,结果表明:(1)长三角子系统之间存在着较为显著的耦合协调关系,从1990年的低度耦合协调逐渐演化到2019年的中高度耦合协调,呈上升趋势。(2)上海与苏州率先进入良好协调发展阶段,整体在空间上呈现出"Z"字形扩展范式。(3)随着长三角一体化、高质量发展快速推进,区域内正由"Z"字形空间结构向外围网络化延伸扩展,逐步呈现"一核多级"的网络化城乡发展空间结构。
【Abstract】 Since 2012, China’s economic growth has gradually slowed down, entering a stage of high-quality development under the new normal. The “Development Plan for the Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration” frequently issued on May 11, 2016 proposes to promote the high-quality development of regional urban agglomerations and create an economic growth pole. How to deal with the new path of industrial agglomeration development and urban-rural spatial layout upgrading is the key to transforming the economic development mode and smoothly passing the “three-phase superposition”. This paper selects the economic development and urbanrural spatial evolution data of 16 cities in the region from 1990 to 2019 to construct two sub-systems of urban-rural spatial pattern and industrial agglomeration that affect the spatial pattern of the Yangtze River Delta, using ESDA spatial autocorrelation analysis method and coupling coordination degree Analytical method, exploring the evolution and coupling relationship between subsystems,the results show that:(1) There is a relatively significant coupling and coordination relationship between the Yangtze River Delta subsystems, which has gradually evolved from a low-level coupling and coordination in 1990 to a medium-high level in 2019 Coupling and coordination are on the rise.(2) Shanghai and Suzhou took the lead in entering a stage of well-coordinated development, and the overall space presented a “Z”-shaped expansion paradigm.(3) With the rapid advancement of the integration and high-quality development of the Yangtze River Delta, the region is expanding from the “Z”-shaped spatial structure to the peripheral network, and gradually presents a “one core and multi-level” networked urban and rural development spatial structure.
