【Abstract】 The Strengthening Basic Disciplines Plan has put forward a higher and stricter requirement to the recruitment and cultivation of college. Competency theory has played an important role and gained practical experience in the fields like personal recruitment, testing and assessment, and so on. Therefore, the competency theory could be used into students’ recruitment and cultivation process like building competency model of the program, designing the competency-model-based admission examination, assessment methods and undergraduate program, to help the universities to select and cultivate talents scientifically.更多还原
